Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: All ground shipping to the USA is free, doesn't matter how many items you buy. Unfortunately we need tracking on international orders, thus pricing is listed based on USPS rates. Yes we know they are high, but we must comply with what the standard rules are so that your package can be shipped and insured. You can always email us at ccustomerservice@truetiques.com to confirm shipping costs. We will never ship an item international without the ability of tracking and insurance, so please don't ask us to fiddle with custom forms or do so. In addition certain items such as matchbooks are not allowed to be shipped overseas, thus you will not see a shipping checkout for items considered not able to ship to the country in question.
