Vintage Varga pinup desktop calendar from 1948. Original new old stock, never used nor circulated. This is a diecut calendar that has the twelve (12) months in the little padded sheets. Resides on a heavy cardboard standup frame. Includes all twelve (12) months. On the front of the housing is the following text: Rapid Transit Co., Inc., Jewett City, Conn. "Serving New England" Telephone Jewett City Drake 6-4421 (that's one of my favorite parts). The calendar measures approximately 5.25" x 6" tall and is in excellent condition. We have a few of these so the color of the housing might be different from the picture.
