REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS: We offer a 100% percent money back guarantee, credit or exchange on an item purchased (whichever you prefer) as long as you contact us and ship the item back within five (5) business days of receiving your package. We will replace any item received in poor condition due to shipping, free of charge. Damaged item must either be photographed and emailed to us within three (3) business days of receiving your package (you can send the email to: customerservice@truetiques.com) or if you cannot photograph the item, the item then must be sent back to us within three (3) business days with USPS tracking for money refund, credit or exchange to occur. NOTE ON REFUNDING ON ANTIQUES, PRIMITIVES AND FURNITURE: We cannot refund your money on antiques, furniture or primitives due to their size and weight. Please know what you are buying BEFORE purchasing these heavy items, we have never had any customer disappointed with these unique antiques. All antiques, furniture and primitives must be opened and examined by you within three (3) business days for damage. If an antique, furniture piece or primitive is damaged we will immediately replace the item, after the shipping service has inspected the damage (which typically is within 2-3 days of notification to us). Don't worry about asking us numerous questions about an antique, primitive or furniture purchase. We are happy to provide any and all information. We do not take individual photographs of any antique, primitive or furniture due to the fact that the stock is a bit different from each other since they were handmade. NOTE ON REFUNDING CLOTHING: We cannot refund your money on vintage clothing. SHIPPING: Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. If expedited shipment is required you should inform us so that we can get an accurate shipping price for you. If an item needs to be received by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing so that we can ensure that your item ends up where it needs to be for your proposed planned date. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We cannot ship matchbooks internationally, displays that have liquid or food in them, or anything that could be considered flammable (even though it is vintage), such as lighters due to tight USPS mailing rules. Antiques, primitives and furniture cannot be shipped internationally due to the potential of breakage and the cost of customs. We are happy to provide service on any other piece of memorabilia to our international community. International buyers on any item that weighs more than 1lb. we must ship priority international mail with customs papers. PAYMENTS: We accept all forms of payment. We are set up to receive all major credit cards American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa but will need you to put your email address in so we can send you a secure invoice for processing your charge, PayPal, check and money order. All forms of payment with the exception of PayPal take 3-5 business days to clear our corporate account. Once your payment clears item will ship within 3-5 business days. Throughout the entire process of your order we will email you so that you know the progress of the shipment being sent to you. Credit cards take 3-5 business days to clear our merchant provider service and then will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the payment is cleared; PayPal payments are immediate and will ship next business day, Google checkout processing takes 3-5 business days to clear our merchant account and then will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the payment is cleared. Money order payments are immediate and will ship next business day after payment is received and deposited. Unless you are purchasing new reproduction items (which will be noted as brand new or reproduction) the merchandise purchased is not intended nor recommended as for anything but display and collecting purposes. DO NOT GIVE TOYS TO CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH. All old toys contain some form of material that nowadays has been banned due to poisoning, etc.
